I use asLJ as my main LJ client, and today I noticed that when I select Past Entries in my account, it won't go backwards to December 2010--it only gives me different months of 2011.
(I also wish it wouldn't close the Past Entries window after I finish editing a single past entry, but that's another issue.) |

I just started using asLJ not too long ago, and I actually noticed something - I have a Scribbld account as well, and I can't use it with asLJ. The client has Scribbld listed as a .net, but they've changed to a .com. I just thought I'd make that known. |

| What does asLJ need? |
[Oct. 6th, 2009|10:47 pm] |
I'm preparing a 0.5.2-alpha release that fixes the issue where userpics don't appear at the proper size in the userpic menu and adds support for four additional LJ-type sites (Asks, BootieJournal, Ivanovo, and OpenWeblog). Are there any other issues that should be fixed in this maintenance release?
After 0.5.2, I'm going to start working on 0.6-beta, the first beta release. Are there any features that you'd like to see in 0.6? |

| download issue |

It looks like there was some lag in a DNS changeover for the server that hosts the download of asLJ, so that some users were seeing an old version of the web site (on a no-longer-used server) that didn't have version 0.4a. If you attempted to get 0.4a and couldn't or if you're running an earlier version and haven't been notified of the update, the issue should now be resolved. |

| asLJ 0.3a.4 alpha |
[Feb. 12th, 2009|01:29 am] |
I've just released an update that incorporates several of the suggestions made so far. If you're already running asLJ, you can go to "Check for Updates..." in the "asLJ" menu to get this update. If not, there's a download link with the release notes in aslj_client.
This release also enables nearly every LJ-based server that I know of, though I don't have accounts with which to test most of these servers. If you try asLJ with a server other than LiveJournal, please post a comment here letting me know if it works or what the error message is if it doesn't work.
Also, please let me know if you like asLJ and/or if you have suggestions for how it could be better. Thanks. |

| What is asLJ? |
[Feb. 7th, 2009|05:10 pm] |
asLJ is a LiveJournal client for Mac OS X 10.5+
asLJ easily posts to multiple accounts and works on LJ-based sites other than livejournal.com (currently tested on LiveJournal, GreatestJournal, and InsaneJournal; should work on DeadJournal; others to be added when requested).

Release notes are in aslj_client. aslj_users is for discussion about asLJ. |
